As our products are personal-use and hygiene-sensitive, we have outlined our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy clearly to ensure transparency and trust.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or partially used products.

However, you may request a return or replacement only if:

You received the wrong product, or
The product is damaged, defective, or leaked upon delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
You must share clear unboxing video proof and images of the product and packaging.
The item must be in its original condition, with all seals, tags, and packaging intact.

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect item:

1. Contact us immediately at [support@binalionline.com] within 48 hours.
2. Provide your order number, unboxing video, and images of the damaged/incorrect item.
3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed in the following manner:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

6. Shipping Costs

In case of approved returns due to damage or wrong item, Binali will bear the return shipping charges.

For all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable).

7. Our Right to Refuse Returns

Binali reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

The returned item is used, tampered, or not in its original packaging.
The request is made after the allowed timeframe.
The claim lacks valid proof (unboxing video or images).
